I work as a research software engineer at the Netherlands eScience Center (Amsterdam, NL).

I’m still working on duqtools, a dynamic uncertainty quantification for Tokamak reactor simulations modelling, which we recently demonstrated to the wider community.

I’m also helping out with the development of DIANNA, a Python package that brings explainable AI (XAI) to your research project. My focus is on optimizing the CI/CD workflows (linting, testing, packaging etc) and the development of a dashboard for exploratory data analysis and model visualization.
